There is a process before Michael starts any work with a new client. An initial consultation, in person or on the phone or Skype, is scheduled to determine the project, scope of work, and overall goals. A proposal is then created, with firm fees and time frames. Once that has been agreed to, Michael gets to work planning and crafting your copywriting project.
